About Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union is a financial cooperative that is owned by our members – this means you! We have more than 50,000 members, and all deposits are federally insured up to $250,000 through the National Credit Union Association (NCUA), with additional insurance through the Massachusetts Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC).

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union first opened its doors in 1912…that’s almost 100 years ago! As one of the oldest credit unions in the United States, we have built a tradition of great customer service with six branch offices, three high school branches and two loan centers all located in the Merrimack Valley. You can become a member of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union if you live, work or go to school in Middlesex or Essex Counties, the cities or towns of Fitchburg, Leominster, Harvard, Lunenburg or Lancaster, or the New Hampshire counties of Hillsborough or Rockingham.

We are proud to offer our Bank-at-School program, which is a great opportunity to teach and encourage students to save. Children are introduced to the M3 Money Club at a pep rally, where needs vs. wants are explored and good savings habits are encouraged. Representatives from the Credit Union will make regularly scheduled visits to the school to collect deposits. To join this initiative, of teaching our youth to save money at an early age, please contact us at Community_Education@jdcu.com or by calling 978-452-5001 extension 3254.
